Premium members earn monthly residual income on Tier-1 and Tier-2

As a premium member, not only do you earn the one time commissions of $50 on tier-1 and $25 and tier-2, you also will earn $19.97 per month, OR MORE on tier-1, and $9.85 per month, OR MORE on tier-2.

You will earn this for as long as the Portal Director makes their monthly payments. If a Portal Director is successful and earning thousands of dollars per month as some Portal Directors do, you can be certain they will continue to pay their small monthly fee to remain a Portal Director for years to come.

And what do I mean by "OR MORE"?

On Tier-1 you are earning 10% of the payments we receive from the Portal Directors. Portal Directors are selling premium business listings for $500.00 to $2,500.00 per year. Out of that payment they pay us $100.00 per sale. (only $25 per sale until April 1, 2010)

We do have Portal Directors that make many sales every week. If your Portal Director were to start making 30 new sales a month, that means they would be paying us $3,000.00 per month in fees, of which $300.00 would go to you.

On Tier-2 you are earning 5% OR 10% depending, which I will explain below. So if one of your affiliates found a Portal Director that was making 30 sales per month, we would be paying you $150.00 per month from your tier-2 Portal Director, or possible $300.00. Again, I will explain this difference below.

Now this is where it gets REALLY exciting! Although we are NOT an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) company because we pay PREMIUM MEMBERS only on 2 levels, the 2 levels that PREMIUM MEMBERS get paid on could be many levels down, even hundreds or thousands!

What you are seeing above is what happens many times in Orange Leads, a string of free affiliates referring other free affiliates.

Since the free affiliates have incentives such as earning $50 and $25 on Tiers 1 and 2, they have incentive to also recruit free affiliates.

The men in the gray jacket's represent free affiliates. All these free affiliates are members of Orange Leads also, as are all our affiliates for any of our business opportunities.

In the picture above you see yourself as a premium member standing next to a free affiliate that you recruited, affiliate #1. Next to affiliate #1 is a free affiliate that he recruited, affiliate #2. This string goes on to affiliate #23.

That is 23 referrals away from you.

In this example, we see that affiliate #10 found a Portal Director, Susan. We of course paid affiliate #10 $50.00 plus affiliate #9 $25.00 for finding this Portal Director.

However, since there are only free affiliates between you and affiliate #10, you will now earn a minimum of $19.70 per month OR MORE from that Portal Director, for as long as the Portal Director keeps paying us for that city portal.



Again, in the above illustration, we see that affiliate #23 has found a Portal Director, Pamela. We paid affiliate #23 the $50.00 tier-1 commission, and we also paid affiliate #9 the $25.00 tier- 2 commission. You will again earn a minimum of $19.70 per month OR MORE from that Portal Director, for as long as the Portal Director keeps paying us for that city portal.

This will go on for UNLIMITED referrals away from you as long as there are only free members between you and the Portal Director that is found.

Once you start receiving commissions on a Portal Director, you are LOCKED IN AS the OrangeLeads member who gets paid the commission from them, for as long as they continue as a paying Portal Director. Even if one of the free affiliates that is below you, and is between you and that Portal Director, for whom you are getting a commission, decides to upgrade AFTER the Portal Director becomes a Portal Director, YOU still continue to get the commission from that Portal Director.

What happens if someone in this string of referrals decides to become a premium member also?

Using the illustration above, let us say that AFTER Susan and Pamela have become Portal Directors, free affiliate #10 upgrades to become a Premium Member.

Commissions from Susan and Pamela will continue to go to you. Affiliate #10 will not get commissions from Susan and Pamela. However, Affiliate #10 WILL start earning commission from Portal Directors that become Portal Directors in his referral network AFTER he upgrades.

However, since #10 is now a Premium Member, we are going to add him to ANOTHER TWO LEVEL affilate program made up ONLY OF PREMIUM MEMBERS. In addition, we are still going to pay you for Portal Directors that we pay affiliate #10.



Looking at the illustration over to the left, you see the two level affiliate program that is only for premium members. On your level 1 we see our old friend from your free member affiliate organization, #10. He was 10 referrals away from you in your free member organization, but now since he upgraded to Premium Member, and since there was only free members between you and him, he is now on level 1 of your premium affiliate program.

You will earn 50% of what #10 pays for his premium membership. If he opted to take the $47.00 per month membership, you will earn $23.50 per month for as long as he pays his fees.

As more members upgrade to premium they will be placed on level 1 of your premium affiliate organization assuming that there are only free members between you and them at the time they upgrade.

When people on your level 1 have people below them upgrade to premium, they are moved to their level 1, which is YOUR level 2. On level 2 members you will earn 10% of what they pay for their premium membership. If they opt to take the $47.00 per month membership, you will earn $4.70 per month for as long as they pay their fees.

In the chart below I show you what I mean by "as long as there are only free members between you and the member in your downline we pay 50% of their membership fee to you."

In the example below you would get paid $23.50 per month, via alertpay, SAME DAY COMMISSION PAYMENTS, for every PREMIUM member in your downline WITHOUT AN X every time they make their monthly payment. They may also choose to pay $197.00 annually instead of monthly, in which case you would be paid $98.50 annually, at the time we receive their payment.

This is just an example. There is no depth limit on which free members can upgrade and be moved into your 2 level premium member affiliate compensation plan.

Now that I have explained the Two level Affiliate Program made up only of Premium Members lets go back to our Portal Directors

What I am showing you now below is our old friend #10 from your free affiliate structure. #10 is now building an organization of free affiliates much as you have done.



As you look at the chart above we see that Jane, and Barb, have become Portal Directors. We are going to pay their free tier-1 affiliates $50 in commission, and we are going to pay their free tier-2 affiliates $25 in commission. We are also going to pay your previous free affiliate #10 his monthly commission of $19.70 per month.

However, we are ALSO going to pay YOU 5%, or $9.85 per month or more for Jane and Barb, and for ANY Portal Directors that we get in #10's free member affiliates. Even if the Portal Director comes in hundreds of referrrals away from #10, as long as there are only free affiliates between #10 and the affiliate that found the Portal Director, we are still going to PAY YOU.
